F.D.R, the fork in the road to Tyranny

If anyone really wants to know where our country took the fork in the road that brought us where we are today. You all need to research and or google "pre and post 1937 Commerce clause. Before 1937, the Federal government could not regulate or pass any laws on issues within each state because it was not allowed in article 1 section 8 of the constitution. Under the commerce clause in the constitution before 1937, The federal government could only pass laws that had to do with interstate commerce. The fed had no power to regulate anything Intrastate.Well then we come to FDR. FDR and our Founding fathers were at almost complete opposites of the spectrum. Our founding fathers believed in freedom, liberty, personal responsibility, extremely limited federal government and capitalism. While FDR and his wife on the other hand were communist and socialist sympathizers to a point and believed in large centralized federal government with less freedom and liberty to the individual.FDR created a second symbolic bill of rights. He believed that government should provide americans with all the means to create equal outcomes such as a house, a car, food...etc...etc... But when FDR first tried to implement his Communist/socialist agendas in 1936, the supreme court struck him down stating that what he wants violates all tenants of the constitution and article 1 secion 8 #3 commerce clause.Well FDR was not going to back down. He enacted a bill to put an extra judge in the Supreme court for every judge that was over 70 years old, which in turn would bring the total Supreme court total to 15. This was his plan to pack the courts so he could get his Communist/Socialist agendas moved forward. There was so much Opposition from his bill that he was forced to scrap it. So The Supreme court, realizing how it could possibly be manhandled by FDR and after taking numerous candy and sweet offerings from FDR soon were in FDR's Pockets. And in 1937 they Ruled in FDR's favor on his Socialist big government new deal polices and stayed in his favor till FDR's Death.Since this ruling, it has forever altered the power stucture in the united states where powers were stripped away from the people and the states and given to the Federal government.Since then, courts have been using the 1937 end of american liberty and freedom ruling as their new precedence. Now we have an america that is a twisted mess of Founding fathers freedom and Capitalism entertwined with FDR's communist and socialist liberty crushing tyranny. We need to completely reverse this entire trend and bring our government structure back to pre 1937 and back to what the Constitution allows.
